Banana and orange smoothie

A good recipe for a fresh shake: try adding some vegetarian protein for a bit more oomph.

1 banana
½ cup orange juice (more or less, depending on how thick or thin you want it)
3 tbsp virgin coconut oil  (liquefied) (at Naturally Good Food we have lots of varieties and sizes)
1 tbsp coconut cream concentrate
3 tbsp organic whole milk vanilla yogurt
3 ice cubes
