For vegans, it’s not always so easy to get mayonnaise. Here is a recipe – and we also stock a variety of vegan mayonnaises in jars.
3 tbsp Biona white almond butter
6-7 tbsp warm water
1 tbsp Biona Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Profusion Himalayan salt and a little Biona agave syrup to taste
Blend the water and almond butter.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
Serve with salad or as a dip with vegetables.
