If you have shopped with us before, you will hopefully have noticed that the site has been updated and refreshed, with lots of new features. If you are already a customer, on your first visit to the new site you will need to confirm that it is really you to get back into your account.
If you follow the instructions here, it should be fine.
To log in
Go to the website and click on login (in the top-right corner). Put in your email address, then click ‘forgot password’ (even though you have not, of course)!
This triggers an email to your email address, containing a temporary password and a link back to the website. You can either click on this link, or copy-and-paste it into your browser. It’s really crucial to follow this link rather than go back to where you were before.
Then simply copy in the temporary password and follow the instructions on screen from there.
Once you are in, you can change the password to what you would like it to be.

New website features
There is an improved search, using Type, Brand or Size choices.
A shorter checkout, with a postcode look-up, and space for a business name if appropriate.
You are able to save your card details for next time on the secure Sagepay site.
A choice of email or phone if we need to ask you about your order.
Easier use on a phone or tablet.
You can shop as a guest, without creating an account.
As before, you can see your previous orders and easily replace them once you are logged into your account.
All the individual items you have bought in the past are stored under ‘favourites’, to make your life easier.
Click and Collect is now available from our base near Rugby, Warwickshire.
