Hosting a New Year’s buffet? We’ve got tips and recipes!

Be prepared! Forward planning makes it easy

You don’t want to be running round like a headless chicken as your guests arrive. You need food and drink that you can prepare in advance and get out on the table (or keep warm on the stove) before the party actually starts. New Year’s buffet drinks

One of our ginger or punch drinks makes a great non-alcoholic option.

You can warm these up with spices and citrus fruit, just like mulled wine, or serve cold. We’ve also got our wonderfully warming Rochester ginger drinks – perfect for this time of year.
