It’s showtime!

Across the UK, a number of specialist shows take place every year. They’re a great chance to find out what’s new in the world of specialist diets and lifestyles, to meet like-minded people, and to try out new products before they hit the mainstream shelves. We visit a few ourselves, whenever we get the chance. This July there are three great shows taking place in the same venue.

The Allergy and Free From Show: 6th-8th July, Olympia, London

This is, as the organisers say, the world’s largest celebration of ‘free from’ food, drink and lifestyle products. It showcases brand-new, not-yet-in-the-shops choices for food and drinks, as well as home and general health products. It’s designed for those new to this way of eating and living, as well as for seasoned experts – there’s something for everyone.

If you can’t make this date, or this place, don’t worry: the show moves around four locations during the year. Catch it in Liverpool, Glasgow or Berlin instead!

The show’s website here gives you all the information you’ll need: And while you’re waiting in the queue to get in, why not browse Naturally Good Food’s own unbeatable free from range?

Just V Show

The Just V Show is co-located with the Allergy show this year and is well worth a visit too (follow the pink carpet to reach it).

This show is aimed at the vegan and vegetarian market. It’s going to be ‘a summer celebration of beautiful vegetarian and vegan food, drink and lifestyle products’. There will be talks from experts, products to try, demonstrations to watch and – just possibly – a magic vegan candy 3D printer!

Check out the show’s website for full details:, including about its next venue, in Glasgow next year.

Naturally Good Food has a huge range of products suitable for, and aimed at, vegans and vegetarians. Take a look at our vegan section here.

Love natural love you show

Again, located in Olympia on the same dates, you’ll find the Love natural love you show:

‘three glorious summer days of natural bliss! A heavenly day out for all of us that want a happier healthier lifestyle.’

There’ll be natural food and drink, as well as a great range of beauty, fitness, home and health products. In the learning theatre, there’ll be talks from experts on natural beauty and fitness, while in the Nature’s workshop area you’ll be able to access practical tips on healthy eating, growing your own food and juicing. Full details can be found on the website:

At Naturally Good Food, we stock a great selection of environmentally friendly, natural and organic household products and toiletries. From dishwasher tablets to facial moisturiser, we’ve got a wonderful alternative product for all your needs.

If you’re going to the shows, have a great time! If you missed the boat this time round, why not sign up on the websites listed above, to make sure you get tickets for next year?
